A former crime scene technician has been arrested for first-degree murder in the death of a private investigator who vanished last month, according to multiple reports.
Ashley McArthur was arrested after Escambia County Sherriff’s Office deputies found Taylor Wright’s body in Pensacola, Florida… a “clandestine grave covered in concrete” was found near McArthur’s property.
Wright had deposited a large amount of money in a deposit box which belonged to McArthur before her disappearance
Obviously this is a sad story. A PI, who was previously a police officer, was killed and there’s nothing funny about that. So while this won’t be a funny blog, maybe it’s at least interesting. As I read what little details there are I had the following thoughts:
“A former crime scene technician has been arrested for first-degree murder”
*This is some Dexter shit*
“Pensacola, Florida”
*Of course it was in Florida*
“Ashley McArthur… Taylor Wright”
*A woman killed a woman? That’s unusual.*
a “clandestine grave covered in concrete” was found near McArthur’s property
*Rookie mistake, you should know better*
“Wright had deposited a large amount of money in a deposit box which belonged to McArthur before her disappearance”
*The plot thickens…*
So there’s a lot going on here. I need a movie made about this to break it all down for me and to explain how all the pieces fit together. Until then, may Taylor Wright get the justice she deserves.
